As part of our comprehensive Malta wedding planning fees, we offer a pre-wedding show round of various venues in Malta, coupled with a consultation to discuss the available options. This personalized experience allows you to explore different venues firsthand and gain valuable insights into their suitability for your dream wedding.

The approximate duration of this service is up to 4 hours, and please note that transportation expenses are not included. It’s important to mention that the cost of the pre-wedding show round can be deducted from the total deposit if you decide to confirm your wedding with us.

Civil, Union or Church Wedding paperwork for the Wedding License

As a very delicate part of our Malta wedding planning fees, we assist with the paperwork required for a civil, union, or church wedding in Malta. Our dedicated team will guide you through the guidelines and requirements, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. We will assist in preparing the necessary forms, scheduling an appointment with the marriage office, and submitting the paperwork on your behalf. The cost of the license application fee is included in our service fees. We will also take care of the publication of the banns and provide you with a memento certificate to commemorate your special day.

Wedding Day Co-Ordination

Our wedding coordination service is designed to ensure that your special day runs smoothly from start to finish. This package includes up to 9 hours of dedicated coordination, covering essential aspects such as:

  • Pre-wedding meeting: We will schedule a meeting before your wedding day to discuss all the necessary details, including your timeline, vendor contracts, and any specific preferences or requests you may have.
  • Reconfirmation of suppliers: We will take the responsibility of contacting and reconfirming all the suppliers involved in your wedding, ensuring their availability, and addressing any last-minute queries.
  • Ceremony coordination: Our team will be present during your ceremony to ensure everything unfolds seamlessly. We will assist in coordinating the processional, cueing the music, overseeing any readings or rituals, and facilitating a smooth transition to the reception.
  • Dinner coordination: We will oversee the setup of your reception venue, including coordinating the seating arrangements, ensuring proper table settings, and managing the flow of events, such as speeches, toasts, and cake cutting.

Throughout the day, our wedding coordinator will be there to assist you and your vendors, oversee the overall event timeline, and handle any unforeseen situations that may arise.
